Players in the grass roots program will gain development in three major areas.
For their cognitive development, they will learn how to focus and keep attention of their environment and organize their thoughts.
Will also develop coordination for their cognitive and physical benefit.
Physical and motor skills will be trained with strength and resistance excercises.
As a result this will help with the activation of growth hormones and prevention of obesity.
To assist in the players development, concepts of teamwork, tolerance for others and self-esteem will be included in practice. work with cognitive, physical, and social development, along with development of their soccer skills will be better prepare your child for future soccer trainings.
